Poofed is made by a single independent developer, and every message is read by a real person. Most questions are answered below — if yours isn't, get in touch and you'll hear back within 1–2 business days.

Common questions
How do I redeem an offer code?
Open the App Store, tap your profile picture in the top corner, choose Redeem Gift Card or Code, and enter the code exactly as written (codes are case-sensitive). You can also redeem from inside Poofed, in Settings. The offer unlocks Poofed Premium right away.
Is the back-to-school student offer still available?
The BACK2SCHOOL offer gives students free access through August 31, 2026. Redeem it before then using the steps above. After the free period, Premium continues at the standard price unless you cancel — you can manage that anytime (see below).
I subscribed, but Premium isn't showing up
Open Poofed, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. If it still doesn't appear, email us and we'll sort it out.
My tasks aren't syncing across my devices
Poofed syncs through your own iCloud. Check that each device is signed in to the same Apple Account, that iCloud Drive is on, and that Poofed is enabled under Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Syncing can take a moment over a slow connection. If a device still looks out of date, open Poofed on it and give it a few seconds with the app in the foreground.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, select Poofed, and you can change or cancel from there. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the current period ends.
How do I delete my data?
Your tasks live on your device and in your personal iCloud — not on our servers. Deleting the app removes its local data, and you can remove iCloud data under Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
I saved something as an idea — where did it go?
It didn't disappear — it's just not on your list yet. Undecided items live in a collapsed section at the bottom of your list, What's still in the air? Tap it to expand and see everything you've saved. From there, swipe an item (or tap it and use the buttons in its detail view) to either bring it down to your list as a real task, or let it go.
To save something as an idea in the first place, type it in the add field and tap the small outlined puff icon at the right edge, instead of the usual add button. You can also say "Add an idea to Poofed" to Siri.
